Before embarking on a search, we develop a detailed written description of the position including duties, experience and educational requirements, essential technical expertise, compensation level, and more.

Then, we initiate the search, using our database, professional referral sources, and extensive direct recruitment capabilities.

After having identified potential candidates, we interview them in-depth, and in person whenever possible, before submitting their credentials to the client. Also, in accordance with our strict policy of confidentiality, we always secure a candidate’s permission to submit credentials to any client.

We then coordinate interview arrangements and assist in employment negotiations to the extent that both client and candidates are in mutual agreement and feel their best interests have been served.

In addition, at the request of the client, we will conduct reference checks of our candidates and present written documentation of the results.
